Tricks of the Trade with Tammie Coe

Whether you are new to baking or you are a whiz with the mixer, we are the place for you. Learn pastry skills from one of the masters, Tammie Coe.

We will be offering a different cooking class every Sunday, classes will last 2 hours, and you will be able to take your masterpiece home with you.

Classes will range from $85 to $115 dollars depending on the materials necessary and intricacy. New students will receive a complimentary Tammie Coe apron.

If you are interested in learning a specific skill or would like a private class, we would love to accommodate you. Call into the bakery, and we will be happy to tailor a class to fit your needs and schedule.


Suggestions to our guests


Please wear kitchen-friendly clothing. Closed-toed shoes must be worn. Try to avoid baggy sleeves and excessive jewelry.

Please notify us if you have any food allergies.

Age requirement: 8 years and up.

Sunday, June 27: Learn to roll out, smooth and fabric fondant.

Sunday, July 11: The trick to making a Galettes, a rustic French free form tart. Learn to make a single and double crust.

Sunday, July 18: The beautiful art of handmade flowers, including Calla Lilies, Daisies, Roses, and Rose leaves.

Sunday, July 25: Learn to decorate cupcakes with fondant.

Sunday, August 1: Tricks to making to the perfect truffles.

Sunday, August 8: Learn to roll out and emboss fondant.

Sunday, August 15: Custom cake in the shape of a shoe.

Sunday, August 22: Fun bars and sweets.

Sunday, August 29: Learn to roll out fondant and decorate with appliqué.

Sunday, September 5: Mini Wedding Cakes. Don’t be afraid...we will make sure you leave feeling confident that you can recreate your masterpiece.
